Mini 3 Pro Restrictions UK and Abroad

Is the Mini 3 Pro sold in the UK/EU somehow different from those sold in other countries?

I've seen talk of a ce version, so I'm wondering if restrictions are applied by the hardware which means it depends where you buy or does the app detect your location and apply appropriate restrictions, so if I take the drone to another country outside the UK/EU will the restrictions change automatically?

The transmission output power will change depending on where you are & automatically switch between CE & FCC mode (FCC is the higher of the 2).
