The Mini 3 Pro holds the Phantomrain.org Record for the fastest comprimised drone in the rain with out a Wet Suit at less than 30 Seconds. The alert popped up stating that optical sensors had burned out , something to that effect , I remember the message was jarring what ever the alert said exactly.

It soon became apparent that because the Mini 3 Pro did not have an internal fan the area behind the Camera was taking in an Excessive amount of water burning the Sensors out from the inside of the drone, almost immediately.

So after a few more tests We Created the Wet Suit to not only protect some of the other weak links in the Mini 3 Pro such as battery , power button all of which can comprimse the drone in the Rain but also added at a Very Thin tab system , allowing for the Gimbal to be fully protected.

The Tab System allowed for the Gimbal to remain open but also closed when needed.

The Result of which can be seen below ! We made the Wet Suits for Both the Mini 3 and Mini 4 Series Drones to handle the more exciting and extreme weather conditions

Gear to fly in the Rain and Navigate the Storm.

Reference : To other questions asked in other threads.

When the Mini 3 Pro got the Optical Warning it was still flying , but after it landed it never was able to fly again, the Vision Sensor were shot and the drone was not able to take off.

The Problem with the Battery is the Power Button is easily comprimised , a good rule of thumb is if the Battery starts Flashing , its only a matter of Seconds before the drone crashes to the ground.

There is a Pop Up Warning that says your Battery has disconnected from the Controller, and you only have seconds before the motors stop.

The other error that has shown up is the ESC error and if that happens your Main Board is Toast, but you might be able to still land but not start up again.

It might be a good idea to find out exactly what the message said rather than guessing something that sounds quite unlikely.
The actual message will still be there in the recorded data for that flight.
