Yes. It seems like it freezes up.I talked with tech support and they seemed confused.What do you mean? It doesn't progress into the camera view!!!
I tried a factory reset and it didn't help.Reset everything and try again
Could you give me a few more details on how to do this?firmware reinstall...maybe something went wrong with the upgrade. Use a PC to do it with DJI software from their download site. Don't know why Tech Support didn't suggest this!
