Do I need to register my drone? Also tried to on the DGAC site but the register radio button never activated- Thanks for your help

I registered my drone on the DGAC website and it looks like it stored my information on there. The question I have is how do you receive a confirmation of the registration? Are you supposed to make a copy off the website?
