I have a Mavic 3 Cine. With the Hyperlapse Circle, you can set the frequency of shots, the final length of the movie, and the speed but those are not how I would prefer to think about what I'm trying to create. I'd rather have the length of time (real time) that the hyperlapse will take, the length of the final clip, and the number of degrees the drone will go through (e.g. 360º for a full circle). The last is the part that I don't know how to do without trial and error.

Is there perhaps a different app I can use or some method of calculating the inputs that are available based upon the results I desire?

That’s a bit of a confusing question. i’ve never heard of any other way to set those parameters because I think for almost everybody it’s pretty straightforward. The circle by definition is 360° but you could do this kind of freeform creating a hyper lapse for any part of the circle that you wanted, but as far as I know, you’re somewhat stuck in putting the interval between shots and the desired final length of the video that you want at that point, as you know you end up finding out how long it will take real time. There’s no way to input the desired real time first I’m not sure if this was useful or not.
