Missing drone, DJI service is hopeless

Crashed on dec 30 got new one on 1-11-2019 I picked dji care express service Because I knew it was toast

I understand that inadequate height was the cause of this loss but winds could also inhibit a return when sending on a long mission.

I would not call it cheap if the magnets mess up the drone and you lose your bird
