well i thought i had it as well but it popped up when i started the MM yesterday so thats why i posted it, still at least i am on it now

I didn't want to start a new thread.
If I hook to DJI assistance.

Mini or Remote.

Will I have choices, I don't know whats going to happen.

Is it going to take over and start doing updates, firmware, etc?

Can't say for the Mini version of DJI Asisstant (2.0.10) as I have that for the Mavic Air (1.2.5) ... but I can't imagine that it will "take over & start to auto update"

Start up DJI Asisstant 2
Hook up your AC to your computer with the usb cable
Turn the AC on (take off the gimbal protection first ... easy to forget)
And then a icon with DJI Mini? should pop up there in the main window of DJI Asisstant 2
Click on it
Then you should see something similar as the pic below from my Asisstant 2 with my Air connected.
If a new SW exist then it should be listed there ... with a button saying "Update" in the column Action.

Similar handling/process when you connect your RC ...
