MMA2 flight log tutorial(s)?

Lots of videos out there on how to download and work with MMA2 flight logs. Any suggestions as to a video that's generally considered to be one of the better ones? Using Android phone if that makes any difference.

I suppose if I absolutely HAD to, I could even bring myself to actually READ written tutorials. ?
