Perfect conditions for some aerial shots last weekend.
- Some remaining snow
- Good weather
- "Föhn" a weather phenomen of the Alps where air currents over the mountains provide superb visibility.
(Distance between the monastery and the Alsp is bigger than 60 km!)

Great shots, love the Alps in the distance. I worked for a German company for many years, spent a lot of time in Munich and also weekends at this location sampling their Bier

You’re absolutely right. It’s always worth a visit there only because the sweet and dark strong beer. And of course the best pork (Schweinshax’n) within 30km

Beautiful pictures, thanks for reminding me how lovely Bayern is. I lived near Deggendorf for four years in the 60s, and really loved the country.
