Could be just about any camera Drone. Most "Professional" Drone pilots use these:
The Iflight Taurus X-8 along with a camera operator sometimes.

there is ALOT of gimbal movement in that video so I vote for a DJI.

They are the ultimate in fun! I wish I could afford one lol. they are FAST!!! A buddy at our rc club just got his. 4 grand with goggles and radio. The camera on top-- ( He got a Red Cinema ) ran around 35.............Grand.
I want one ...No Fancy camera on top no need for me. I just wanna fly it FPV!

Once you know what you're doing on a small track like this, it is very simple. The drone is pretty much in the center of the ring and rotates on its axis as the bikes go around.
