Moving/Copying Files

Struggling to work this out, am I missing something really obvious.

I have a file downloaded from the Mavic to the DJI Go 4 folder on the CrystalSky. I want to copy/move this file to a SD Card within slot 1.

I get the option to copy or move the file when I long press. When I attempt to copy/move the file to a new location the option is greyed out??!?!
