MP2 no start up sequence?

Hi.
When powering up the MP2 the motors do the usual twitching but that’s it? No gimbal movement-no start up beeps-no lights? I can hear the fan tho?
Any ideas to what is not working to do this, is it the flight controller ?

Too little information. Is the controller detecting the aircraft? Can you connect to the aircraft via USB?

sorry. Controller is not detecting drone also with usb. Tried pairing but their is no power at the button on drone either.
It was ok a few weeks ago, everything working.
I replaced front arm a few days ago so I’m thinking I did some heat damage during soldering.
What I’m trying to understand is, if this is the case what part would I need to replace potentially, as the initial start up I.e the motors twitch as usual but nothing from then on, no power to lights no beeps no camera moment.
