I have 2 files from my Mavic Pro 2. One is 1.3M and the other is 3.5M. Neither will play. From the same card other files will play. Any idea what the problem is or how to fix?
Usually corrupt files are caused by not ending a video while recording and just turning off the drone. Try putting the card back in the drone, start everything up and start then stop recording a video and see if that helps.
