So I've been looking at clearings and the canopy in trees in a whole new way, lol...

Thinking out loud here: if the flying in reverse seems error prone with the left and right reversed, one could spin the controller 180 degrees in hand and use the left hand to control the forward/aft (pitch) left/right(yaw) and it would work as long as the drone is flying with the nose pointed at you.
