My Galaxy Tab S3 won't play or edit video from my Mavic Pro.

I recently purchased a new Galaxy Tab S3 for use with my Mavic Pro, yet despite using what appears to be the correct settings (MP4, 1920 x 1080, 29 fps) the videos that would/will normally play on my Note 5 won't play. Images appear as if I could edit them, but the Samsung video player, when prompted to play the video, says "Video failed to load". Yet it will play them in the DJI Go4 app.

Ideas?

Download Xplayer from playstore, it will solve your problem. I use the Samsung Tab4 and I've tried 30 plus video players from the playstore before finding Xplayer which plays Mavic MP4 smoothly and I can have full control over video as well.

I noticed this too on the tab s3, it won’t play mp4 files from the Mavic but has no issue playing a mov file.
