Ive been flying my zoom for a while now . I have not put alot of hours on it but last year some time my drone went from flying at 75kmph to 50 kmph.
I fly in australia and was seeing if anyone else experienced a similar speed restriction??

Did you do an update or move the flight mode switch to N or switch the drone on and fly it without resetting the flight mode switch to N and then back to S?

75km/hr is about the right max speed in Sports mode for the M2, flying in still air.
If you're only managing 50km/hr when in same sports mode now, that's unusual for sure.

Is it possible you have been flying since in normal mode accidentally ?
Possible with a good tailwind.

Have you got any spare props you can try ?
These (if left on) in storage might have flattened, just thinking out loud.

Make sure you're in Sport mode. Most mavics takeoff in Normal mode even if the switch is in Sport.
So takeoff, then if you're already in sport mode, switch to normal and then back to sport mode.
If you're flying against wind the drone will obviously slow down even in Sport mode.

Cheers fellas ill have a look into take off procedures. and ill do and update with the drone remote in normal mode aswell.
ill get back to yu's.
Anyone watch the new TOP GUN??
