I have a couple of options Ipad no cell ipad mini2 no cell or my Samsung s9. When using s9 cell phone do you need to put in airplane mode or anything to block call and texts etc...

I put my S10 in Airplane Mode just after starting the app. That way a current map is displayed and no interference from incoming text/calls/data. With flying with a tablet you get a map and a radar displayed in each lower corner. Enjoy the Zoom.
