Mysterious icons in DJI Fly app video editor

Hi,

Does anyone know what these 2 icons do in the (Android) DJI Fly app video editor? If you tap on it, it toggles to the other icon, but i can't tell what's supposed to be happening.

For most apps, that's full screen/windowed view. If you're on a phone and it seems to do nothing, perhaps it's only effective on a tablet.
