ND Filter stuck

I bought a Mavic air and noticed it has a filter on it, when I tried to remove it just spun and did not unscrew. The ring just spins.

It might be a circular polarizing filter ... the front side is intended to be adjustable. If it is a filter like that, you need to grip it behind the rotating front part.
