need help with exposure settings around pool

Hi... I am taking video footage around swimming pools using Mavic Air, and keep having problems with the exposure settings. Lots of footage is either over-exposed or too dark. Many of the pools are covered half by shadow due to trees and shrubs planted around them.
I need to shoot on sunny days (which makes the pool decks very bright and the shadows strong). In the beginning, I was trying to get away with auto mode, but every time I fly by a shadow the settings change (so, no good).
Then I switched to manual, usually ISO100 and shutter at 1/3200 or so. That makes the pool deck show up better, but the shadows are so dark, they are basically black spots now.

Can anyone help? Attached an example screen shot from one of the clips.

Any Horizontal Polarised filter will do-

Another option for Immediate filming is to do it before 9am or after 4pm
