Need help with video settings

Can you tell me what is the best video format setting in the Mavic air for using H264 in Adobe Premier for editing ? My version doesn’t do h265. Also, it seemed to me that my video was flickering a bit in areas where there were vertical/ horizontal or diagonal type lines. Any suggestions as to what they are and how not to get them? If they are uniform black and white lines it is overexposure and you should adjust, go to automatic, or get a set of ND filters

Thanks. I was using automatic and i haf a 16ND filter on

Try to set ISO manually to 100 and then 1/50 to 1/60 for shutter... adjust shutter speed for the amount of motion blur you like. Then add filters as needed to prevent over exposure.
