UPDATE:
Nothing had been working as I liked. I hadn't remembered what I had or hadn't changed in the 10 months since I've had the M2. So I decided to reset to factory settings. I also just got some extended sticks today and took them for a quick spin. Honestly, with the factory yaw setting I think I'm closer than with my "custom recipe".
@brett8883 With the factory yaw settings and smoothed out gimbal settings I set out with my VR goggles that can control gimbal pitch with head tilt I think I'm getting closer to what I've been looking for. I'm not sure how or why, but when I look at my earlier films they were much smoother than what I've been able to achieve lately. Perhaps it's before I messed with the settings? I don't know. Thanks for your advice.
