DJI needs to make a app for each platform in order to cut down on the updates.

I agree! They are trying to include everything in the GO4 App!! I don't see anything in this update that will affect my MP.

It did fix the "Forward sensor is unavailable" warning I was getting on every RTH landing. It was an error that crept into version 4.24. I reported the issue and they did fix it, although it is not documented in the release notes.

Having one single app for all DJI Drone is probably very useful for people owning several model (I don't).
