New firmware Firmware: v01.00.0500 the good and the bad

The satellite acquisition is still terribly slow after the latest firmware update. Take at least 1-2 minutes to acquire enough satellite to record a home point.

Regarding GPS signals, we recommend that you calibrate the IMU and compass in the DJI FLY APP before takeoff.


This after sending me directions for Quick Trasfer for a phone a d RC-N1 when I clearly said I'M NOT USING A PHONE -I HAVE THE RC-PRO.

Asked for a refund of my $4398 USD. For Fly More, RC Pro and Care Refresh. That usually gets a manager in support's attention, lol!

After updating all the software I took both the Air2s and Mavic 3 for a flight using the RC PRO.
I enjoyed the snappy responses, and solid connectivity, however I was very disappointed in the very long lag time
in connecting with satellites and getting a strong GPS signal.
Not wanting a flyaway again I waited patiently to get at least 12 satellite connections and then I had a lot of fun.
I still have to try out other functions.
