New MA2 owner!

Hello all! I'm a former Autel Evo owner and just made the switch to the Mavic Air 2. For the past year I told myself that I didn't want DJI because of the geofencing but air restrictions are in place for a reason... the Mavic Air 2 is friggin amazing!!! I look forward to many flights, videos, and epic pictures with this bird!!!

The MA2 is a great machine with a great camera. Lots of cool stuff to shoot in your part of the US of A!. Read the manual (link below), and be conservative at first. Practice using "Find My Drone". Don't wait until you lose your MA2 before you try to learn how to find it. We have over 120,000 members world wide to help you advance as a pilot and photographer. Ask for help when you need it. Share your work when you can.

Welcome. I have the Mavic Pro Platinum, MA2 and the M2P. Love them all but my only concern is when is DJI gonna get off their butts and make the smart controller compatible with the MA2? Everything I've seen is that this was promised back in May.......

I did the same and said the same. Went from the Autel XSP to the MA2 about a month ago. Amazing little bird!
