New Mavic 2 Zoom, how to get its activation code?

Hello. I just bought a new Mavic 2 Zoom and after charging it and setting it up in the app I wanted to bind my DJI Care Refresh which I also bought. It keeps asking for my activation code which I didn't get. I also got no e-mails from DJI so I assume the activation of my drone failed somehow?

I bought it at the same place that sold me the Drone, Rajalaproshop in Stockholm Sweden. I got a credit card like with a number on the back that I need to bind to my drone (through its activation code which I didn't get when activating the drone).

i would contact your supplier and ask if they have registered your refresh package to your drone they should have got the code you are on about when your first activate your drone maybe it is the number that you say is on the card that is the activation code just a thought

Solved all my problems, I sort of assumed you were supposed to write on that area, thus the different material.
(I have never ever bought a lottery ticket, and it shows, doesn't it)
