My last tour of duty in the Air Force before retiring was at Davis-Monthan and you have some beautiful areas to fly, too bad so much is wilderness areas and verboten for you to fly…

I was glad to see that Pima Community College Drone Archaeology training area is a FRIA and you can fly without restriction… I love that college, I taught Blacksmithing and Knifemaking in their Arts Program, Metal Working Curriculum. And for fun, I took the gas and arc welding classes and the 4-wheel driving course… I had (and still do have) a Dodge Ram 4x4… Since I was a volunteer with the National Park Service in the Catalina Mountains on Mount Lemmon, I had keys to the gates on the fire trails, our class got to go places others only dream of going… I wish I had a drone back then as there were no restrictions on flying there…

So, have fun, fly safe, and post lots of photos and videos…
