Hitting attach files bottom left corner, takes a few minutes to upload. I hit post and there is nothing there.

You have to post your video to a site like YouTube etc, select option to share, copy the link, and paste that link here. A preview picture with the link in it will appear in your post. You cannot upload videos to forum servers.
