Thank you everyone. I have been hip deep in paperwork so far. Waiting on the possible re-write of the city policy directly for our UAS program. Sent out a LOA (letter of agreement) to our Air traffic control tower, and their higher ups for approval for operations. Once that comes back, send out a packet to the FAA for a 2 year airspace approval within our class Delta airspace. Sent out an addendum to NH Fish and Game for an approval to our depredation permit authorizing us to use our Mavic for wildlife harassment. I have been searching for predator calls to use with the speaker our drone has, to help motivate the turkeys in the runway safety area.
I am also using Airdata to help us with our operations, so I have been building pre and post inspection checklists as well as risk assessment checklist. This program will also assist me with the maintenance as well, since we have to keep logs of that for the lifetime of the drone, and flight logs for 3 years, and training logs for 3 years.
Definitely more than "just flying a drone".
