Hi fellow flyers.
Got a strange warning while flying today in clear air space.
motor breaking return sticks to centre.
each time I tried to move forward same message.
so I turned 90 degrees to track and all was back to normal.
There was no obsticals in any direction for 300 ft.
any ideas any one.
many thanks Steve

Were you getting close to a NFZ? or it could have been obstacle avoidance if you were flying into the sun (sometimes the front sensors pick up the sun as an obstacle, if you keep the front sensors clean with a cotton swab it can minimize this.)

Had this happen to me last week. Flying into the sun causes the obstacle avoidance to think you are near an object (wall). Your description of turning 90 degrees (away from the sun) and continue to move forward, sounds like this was probably your issue.
