Newb question, can't find anything on this...

I got the FlyMore kit, so do I have to update the firmware of the batteries? I went thru the controller update, then the aircraft, but what about the 2 other batteries?

You will see a notice when you fly with those other batteries.
It should say”inconsistent firmware”. When you see it, slide to open.
And sometimes it takes a while before you see the message.

yes, thank you Starz. I think I answered my own question, went to do my very first flight and it said it needed to update, so voila', I might take off now!
