Newbie question about videos

Trying to post a 20 second video and a photo using the "Attach files" button. No luck with the video. Tried .mov and .mp4 Could someone help me out. Thanks

Forum does not support direct upload of videos. Try uploading the video to YouTube, Vimeo, Streamable, or any other video sharing site and post the link here.

Edit: you can however attach pictures
