Niagara Falls out of regular day time shooting.

Hi all. Is anybody know if i can fly on out of operation hours on Niagara Falls (5-7AM) from areas which is not State Park areas ? For example from the Rainbow bridge or from my hotel (located 0.6 miles from the State park?

Unmanned Aircraft Systems (Drones)
In Niagara Falls State Park, (per FAA rule 14 CFR 93 Sub E), there is a flight restriction in the vicinity of Niagara Falls State Park that amounts to a No Fly Zone. All flights below 3,500 feet are restricted, Therefore, UAS are prohibited in Niagara Falls State Park. No permit will be issued. There are no special times allotted for waiver that I find. For all else simply check DJI GEO Zone Map as shown below to see if you could find some place to launch, but be advised if you somehow manage to fly in a NFZ over water...you will autoland and will more than likely lose your aircraft by your own doing...Is it that important to get a aerial when a ground shot is more than enough for most? While the DJI Fly map does not show it, the area surrounding Niagara Falls is designated Class F Restricted Airspace - CYR518. It is a NO FLY Zone for RPAS of all sizes.
