DJI have got there act together and all preorders are delivered on 12th november and we are all ecstatic BUT........ there is a problem with app and it doesn't get released for 2 months ......

Mavic Mini Order Status And Final Delivery!

Another thing to consider is being 11-Nov is Veterans Day many stores offer discounts to veterans on that day. Don't know about this year but know Target, Best Buy and a slew of others offered 10% off at a minimum, sometimes 15%. There are lots of them so you have to check. If I remember...

Got my mini yesterday. It flys perfectly with the new Fly App.

What phone or tablet are you using?

iPad 6th Gen. iOS 13.
since the Mini does not have a full size USB port in the controller, I used an Apple wire from my iPad and plugged it into an OTG wire which changed it to micro USB and plugged that into the controller.

I ordered a micro OTG cable from Amazon to use with my tablets, should arrive tomorrow. We'll see how that goes.

Just as with charge cable, be very careful with micro B plug in micro A socket. It's easy to get it backwards and break the pins in the socket.
