No battery stats in DJI GO4

I just noticed that when I go to the battery tab in DJI GO4, I don't get any stats.
I can't see how many times I've charged the battery, I can't see the individual cell voltage.

I this a known error?

You'll only see the battery stats when your Mavic Air is powered on and connected to DJI GO.

Of course, it was powered on and the connected to DJI GO. Is there any other way to access the battery information, especially the number of battery cycles?
