No "camera click" sound

Hi, as I fly for business purposes I use two Mini2 för back-up resasons. Both of them have an Iphone8+. My "problem" is that with one of them there is no "click-sound" when I take still pics and the lady doesn't tell me that: "Your homepoint is updated". Both "problems" are in the same Mini2. I can't find where and how to fix it. Is it in the phone itself or the FlyAp setting?
I have not (yet) switched phones.

Check the silent switch on the side of the phone.

It's the volume setting on the phone, not the ringer volume.

I’ve had similar problem. The rubber grips on the controller sometimes either switch phone to silent with the mute switch or turn volume down with side buttons - iPhone 12Pro Max
