The Canada DJI website listed no stock of any Mavic 4 Pro versions when I checked earlier today. Stores are likely pre-orders as well.Or they don't want Americans to drive into Canada raiding the Canadian retailers for supplies.

They have been out of stock for several weeks now.The Canada DJI website listed no stock of any Mavic 4 Pro versions when I checked earlier today. Stores are likely pre-orders as well.
So the Canadian retail store would also have no inventory, even through the Koreans are having no problem getting stock to sell to us from Korea. Odd.They have been out of stock for several weeks now.
Maybe our friends to the north might consider ordering from South Korea. Would be interesting to know if they could put Care on it, too.So the Canadian retail store would also have no inventory, even through the Koreans are having no problem getting stock to sell to us from Korea. Odd.
Driving to Canada for a quick purchase is much easier than popping over to Korea. So the Canadian retail store would also have no inventory, even through the Koreans are having no problem getting stock to sell to us from Korea. Odd.
If the government confiscates your property without paying just compensation, that's a taking in violation of your Fifth Amendment rights, more specifically, a physical taking. I suppose an exception would be if your property is considered contraband -- an illicit or illegal product or substance of some kind. It sure isn't in the realm of eminent domain, where a government entity condemns, seizes, and pays for private property to satisfy a supposedly greater good. Has legislation been passed and signed which declares that DJI products are illicit or illegal, or is this just executive fiat run amok -- another nefarious executive order? There's a lot of that going around these days, like, for example, pulling people off the streets and incarcerating or deporting them without the benefit of due process -- also a violation of constitutional rights. If you can't get satisfaction from your elected representatives, file a tort claim against the government seeking compensation for your loss.
That's a pretty thoughtless response. That's the spirit! Roll over and play dead.
I was pondering the same thing except Mexico, from CA. A weekend in San Diego for pleasure could easily support a day trip over the border to a retailer to pick up a Mini 5 or Avata 3, the two drones I'm jonesing for when they are released. Question is, is there something close over the border that could support such a plan, and will I return unscathed...Driving to Canada for a quick purchase is much easier than popping over to Korea.
Blah blah blah whatever.Currently, when it comes to non-Amazon third party sellers of DJI on Amazon, they are all scams! Amazon promotes them as though DJI is the seller. Amazon then sanitizes the scam sellers' terrible reviews with strikeouts pretending that Amazon was responsible for the fulfillment of the order, not the scam seller, when the scam seller is the one doing the bogus "shipping" from China with a USPS (that’s not a typo!) tracking number that mysteriously is never received by the US Postal Service, because the scam seller never had any merchandise to sell in the first place. Your only recourse is the A to Z Guarantee, which is worthless, as Amazon will not issue a refund unless the seller agrees, and the seller is given every benefit of the doubt! Buyer Beware!
I wonder why Amazon does this (strike out reviews). They used to have a good reputation, years ago, I suppose. I don't see how this enhances their business standing enough to simply become another crooked company on the internet. When you look up the real seller, Air Photo, you find they have nothing but negative recent critical reviews that Amazon has deliberately suppressed, keeping the bogus 5 star rating, despite all one star reviews that Amazon strikes over, so they won't count!
