No fly zone problem

Just bought second hand mavic pro. When I power up it say NO FLY ZONE so obviously won’t take off. However I’ve tried in other locations with same result. None were in no fly zones.

Can anyone suggest how to fix it?

You might try updating all firmware, Go 4 software, and all calibrations. Since it doesn't fly now you have nothing to lose by trying.

Perhaps all your locations are in areas you're not supposed to fly in, or has restrictions that had DJI make it an Authorization Zone.

On the map in the app, what color zone are you in?
Are you in controlled airspace?

No I'm not in NFZ and have tried a couple of other locations too.

Can you provide a screenshot of your general area? Many say they're not in NFZ, but then we find they are either because of area or TFR.

Make sure there isn’t an authorization for a previous no fly zone uploaded to the drone. If it’s there and turned on the drone thinks everything except that authorized area is a no fly zone.
