They are on top of each other on my CS. I will look into it a bit more.

I had the same problem. I had to do the factory re set as well. I am waiting for a few more updates to really use this monitor when I fly, I am having nothing but issues with connection, maps, and stability that I don't get with my Iphone 7 currently.
