no Satellite signal avata 2

Recently crashed my Avata 2. Flies fine but not Satellite Signal, any suggestions how to fix?

If the GPS antenna is just disconnected, reconnect.
If the antenna is damaged, replace.

Okay, that’s beyond my ability to fix. It fell on it’s back and dented the cover a little so that’s probably the issue, the antenna.

To fix this problem you would need to open the Drone. If you have a warranty or care refresh DON'T you will void any service agreement you have with DJI. If you don't mind that, You need to open the Drone and check EVERY cable and connection. You have most likely dislodged a cable when your Drone hit the ground.
BUT during a crash all sorts of things can happen....you may even have flaked the solder from the boards and that would be almost impossible to detect. If you are not sure about working on the Drone Send it in.

If you purchased Care Refresh with your Avata 2, this sounds like a good time to use it
If you don't have Care Refresh, this is an opportunity to take your drone apart and learn how to fix it.
Either way, I hope it works out and you don't have to buy a new drone.

Taking the Avata 2 apart is so difficult that I NEVER would do it by myself. Send it to DJI for repair/replacement.
