Got a Mavic Air which I love but I've got this annoying issue that I can't seem to solve. Videos are not syncing/caching with the two Android devices I tried in the DJI Go app. Photos cache fine but videos are always missing under the Editor > Album section. Got the latest device firmware and app version 4.3.28 which is the latest. I've also tried various video shooting resolutions without luck.
Really appreciate any assistance.
