Noisy picture in darker areas ?

Yeah it does. But i think AEB is still way better :D.

2 questions btw:

1. I saw Youtube videos where some people say that its better to expose a bit to the right and not middle when you look at the diagram. But when its very bright / sunny, i see white / black lines for example at the skies. That means, it is to bright. But when i look at the diagram, i am not over exposed at all. I am close to the middle, but a bit to the right.
So should i ignore the white / black lines or should i under expose till ALL black / white lines disappear ?

2. When should i use AEB, and when HDR ? or doesnt it matter ? i thought one of them is not recommended when there are movements in the image (like a driving car)
 
Zebra lines is overexposure detection when you have that mode on. Being that it is sky, some overexposure might not matter for what you are framing. If you are bracketing, then your lower exposure might not have the sky overexposed.
