Now that Art is gone what Setting is best?

Can you not go into DJI Go app which I think still has art, select art

Then

Open DJI Go4 and it will transfer over.

Now

If you change to something else in DJI Go4 art will be gone so you would need to go back into DJI Go app an do over again

This work around is no longer needed. DJI GO4 has Art again

I don't much like results with it, to be honest.
Art is pretty flat all on default - you will still need some adjustment most times, or try all -1.
There is no one 'best' setting, just see what works in different light with your editing options.

Agreed with the above.
The settings I like are -1 -2 -2 for grading in DaVinci Resolve 12.5.

I stick with -1,0,0
The bit rate and codec are too limited to benefit from reducing contrast any more in hopes of maximizing dynamic range. Art is flat enough for the purposes of matching similar flat media and grading. I also slightly overexposed by 1-2stops to minimize artifacts on the low range (shadows). This has served me well since early days with P3P. It's a little counter to normal cameras, but it is what it is
