Almost all of the city of Anaheim is off limits to Drone flight without permission only given to part 107 pilots who have been vetted by the TSA.. I am sure the Government would need to know when you fly next to the TFR. I would stay away! Honestly they are pretty serious about it in those parts lol. and it wouldnt be good for anyone getting caught. I am almost 100% that Anaheim is one of those rare places that the Gov. sees you anytime you Fly!
