Obtaining waivers for Disney

Almost all of the city of Anaheim is off limits to Drone flight without permission only given to part 107 pilots who have been vetted by the TSA.. I am sure the Government would need to know when you fly next to the TFR. I would stay away! Honestly they are pretty serious about it in those parts lol. and it wouldnt be good for anyone getting caught. I am almost 100% that Anaheim is one of those rare places that the Gov. sees you anytime you Fly!

15 seconds to search on the web. Set up a free Link In account to access the phone number. Or you can call the main switchboard at Disney in Orlando. Sometimes it's easiest to ask for the personnel department rather than dealing with the first-line people answering the phone.

Don, we are working on a large scale utility project for the state of California. How can I find this form where I can provide my phone number? Our operations are fairly far from Disney land and do not need to exceed 55 feet AGL. I can’t find anything on the website

The best I can offer is the "Contact Us" page for the Disney corporation.

First of all, looking up an individual on LInkedIn to get approval from the FAA is pretty bad advice. You will need to to through the FAA but even then it will be nearly impossible unless, as mentioned, the firm that hired you submits the request and obtains the waiver for you. Typically, they already have an in with the FAA and are able to get them pretty easily.

I have been contracted to fly around stadiums during games and the company that hires me gets all the authorizations, I just have to give them my drone registration number from the FAA and they do the rest. This is how it should be, trying to get this on your own will likely never happen.

The FAA will ask for a letter of permission from the Disney Corp before they get started If it is work for the State You should start at the city They have people there that can help get this for you. I would think a government utility project far from the park would not be a problem for them. If its in the Zone you won't get it tho....... not for Drones.
If its for the State I would tell the State about this. they have a much better chance than a person that's for sure. plus there are rules you must follow if you do get the impossible permission. Those rules can set you back money wise Let the people that hire you cover that.

You misread my posts. Of course, FAA authorizations come only from the FAA. I suggested a route for getting in touch with a Disney employee regarding flying at Disney properties. Totally separate matters.
