"I'm calling Click Bait on your video titles! You falsely claimed in your first video that "your drone" was confiscated. Now you are claiming that "your drone" has been seized. Neither are true! First of all, it isn't your drone that is undergoing a Customs HOLD. It is a refurb replacement drone that DJI is trying to ship to you. Your original drone is still in DJI's Texas warehouse. Secondly, you bought your drone from someone who bought it for you internationally, and you dropped it and broke it. That's on you! This was never a warranty or a Care Refresh issue. DJI USA kindly tried to help you out with a repair of a drone that you consider totaled. They billed you for $165 for the repair, and will eventually get you a Refurb from DJI Canada. However, initially claiming "YOUR DRONE" was CONFISCATED, and now claiming your $4500 drone has been SEIZED, is complete BS! DJI's attempted refurb replacement is currently in a Customs Hold. Not their fault, nor is US Customs messing with YOUR $4500 DRONE! At best, US Customs is messing with DJI , not you or your drone, which is still in DJI's possession in TX! DJI already sent you back everything else except the drone, so you still have the $1400 RC Pro 2, the hub, three batteries, and the 240W charger! Just ask them to send you back your broken drone and refund your $165, if you don't want to wait for a brand new replacement for only $165!"
