"Oinoitria Gi" in Kapandriti Greece
According to Mythology, Onotros, the youngest son of King Lycaon, was the first Greek to emigrate from his homeland and set up a colony in the Gulf of Taranto, in southern Italy, where he produced wine.
In a similar venture, Lazaridis started in Drama and set up his own "Oinoitria Gi" in Kapandriti and made wine in Attica, rich in wine history.
The Estate includes a small but very modern winery, which utilizes exclusively the production of its own vineyards. But Oinotria Earth is much more than that. In a complex of 10,500 square meters, are hosted the Costa Lazaridis Wine Museum, places for organizing social events, conference rooms and of course the underground cellars for the aging of wines.
