Is there anyone having problems with orders shipment?

I have two orders that seems to be lost between dji and dhl. The tracking record js a confusion

Did you try contacting DHL for help? They should be able to locate your package if it's in their possession.

Alot of big companies create a tracking number on intent to ship
They tell you shipped here's the tracking number, courier states awaiting shipment

sometimes its 10-15 days before the company (in this case dji) actually dispatches the item to the courier

Yes I contact DHL and they told me they'll look into it. But my firdt orfer they don't really know what hapened amd my second one was returned to the shiper without never bean left the dispacher. This is a big confusion. 3 weeks of emails between me DJI and DHL an no one seems to know how to resolve the situation. I think I'm going to ask for a refund and place the orders again
