Well I still don't have tracking, so we shall see. I guess technically I'm on Step 4: Payment Confirmed. Maybe I was hasty in thinking it actually shipped?

Write an email to their customer service requesting that they ship it now. They shipped mine the day after I had sent that email which was suggested to me by another member that it had worked for as well. Be polite but relay a sense of urgency that makes sense GL
