I know everyone is different just curious if you pack your drone away with ot without props on

I leave them on, but pack the drone in a spinnaker sleeve before putting it in the fly more bag. This way, the props are not caught when putting the drone in the bag and not when I take it out. Also keeps sand and dirt away from the drone.

I use these since I had two lying around from back in the days I was still paragliding, but any smooth sleeve would do I guess.

Good idea.
The standard DJI Mavic Pro aircraft sleeve is nice to do this, tough and flock lined . . . they are farily cheap to purchase too.
I also use the sleeve fro the iPad mini 4, it's a perfect fit and protects it well.

I pack mine with the props off. Since I inspect the props before every flight (highly recommended), they need to come off anyhow. There's no way to inspect the props hubs thoroughly while the props are attached to the aircraft.

Is this the one that fits your mini 4?

The OP’s question is vague to me...

Packing it away after flying at home...
I just put it on my shelf in my office (ready to fly mode)

Packing it away to drive somewhere...
in the case, or sitting flat on the floor with gimbal clamp (short drive) Props On

Packing it up for Traveling in a Plane...
I pack cotton or tissue around gimbal, then I tape gimbal clamp on. Then of course the case (No Props)

Backpacking/Hiking...
Individual cases for RC and drone and in the Backpack(No Props)

I do like the sleeves posted here, gotta get some . [emoji106]

I leave my props off and placed them separate. This way it doesn't look like a drone when going thru the scanners at all airports and customs check point.

I know it’s not a Mavic, but my spark came with the props attached.
The question the OP asked was how do you pack up your drone, props on or props off, and did not specify any particular UAV.
My P4P came 4 off, and that’s how I pack it.
My wife’s MA came 4 on, and that’s how she packs it.

I leave the props on and just wrap the whole thing in bubble wrap and it slips perfectly into my small (or large) camera bag. Maybe in view of the props off comments and the potential for damaged tabs (never had that problem) i’ll do a weekly props off inspection in the studio.

Indeed that is the one :)
Great for both MP and mini 4.

All my Stooges are packed propless. The props are inspected going on and coming off anyway.
