I just read this article regarding part 107. Does anyone know if this strictly for renewals?

Im trying to find out if this means you still have to go in to take the test as a first time applicant.

It's 100% for ReCurrency of Part 107 operators. The Initial Knowledge Test will remain In-Person and $150ish.
